Amazing boutique hotel ! Very beautiful quiet place with spacious area, very clean room furnished with taste and big balcony right in front of the sea. It's not a regular, but it's a beautiful designed resort. Good choice of ingredients for the kitchen like organic vegetables also most of the basics for the restaurant are homemade, impressive how they put a lot of work in this. Small details make a big difference. Very fair to low prices for food, wine, and activities in this beautiful place. Jean Michele and Lettie are really kind and helpful host. They work with their staff all the time, so it gives you a feeling of safety - thinks are properly done. For me, it's a paradise where you can learn to dive, snorkelling, or just relax. Around the resort, you will find a lot to do and see. We went to waterfalls and dive with whaleshark this time. Make a booking in advance in order to have a good plan for diving and other activities.

The Resort is set in a perfect, peaceful location above the sea shore looking across to Dumaguete. The facilities are excellent throughout and there is a lovely infinity pool. The rooms are very spacious each with private balconies. The staff couldn’t be more helpful.

For us the perfect place to make a stopover from traveling, on the main road. But as soon as you enter the place it feels relaxed. Very nice staff and good food. Good for diving too!

I chose the Star for its location out of town. This made all the difference as it is in a nice quiet spot perched over the sea and the views are lovely. I think the main feature overall was the caring kindness and hospitality of hosts Mani and Claire (and their assistance staff) and I am very thankful for their help and generosity to us. Delicious breakfast but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it as we left for an early ferry. The location was perfect. Close to airport and port. Staff were excellent and very friendly.
