It's always spotless, and we have stayed a few times now. You get a fridge and microwave, which is a plus for us. Easy access from tram stop (Fredry). Plus bus stop in walking distance on same street. Also about 10-15 minute walk from main train station so in an ideal location. The street is pretty quiet, and the neighbours are very respectful of each other. The cleaner lady comes every day and is so nice. She always says hello on passing and asks if you need anything.
