What an amazing hotel absolutely beautiful comfortable and the lady on reception and who took us to our room and served breakfast was just brilliant ! The breakfast was top notch and the bar next door to us was great we watched the Portugal match and we were made to feel so welcome by the bar man there ! Really loved my hotel room and top 10 in the world for my experience with extensive world travel. Definately exceptional design blend of original old stone with clean contemporary lines, fixtures and comfort. My room overlooking medieval courtyard with fountain and lovely shops theater and restaurants. Hotel building attached to lovely Historaal caffe with excellent coffee vino and food below. Absolutely charming.

Beautiful property with lots of stone and wood. It has been lovingly restored. The family cooked us an evening meal on request and it was gorgeous, fresh soup, lettuce picked from garden for salad to go with main dinner. Sincere welcome and so clean. Thank you Elizabeth and family.

The hotel is spectacular. the building is full of light and beautifully decorated rooms where you can relax and enjoy the views of the mountain and across the valley. Our room was large and very comfortable, with patio windows which opened onto a a terrace with tables for dining and relaxing, as well as a large shady grassy area. This was perfect for my dog, who loved to sit outside and she could easily enter an dleave the bedroom this way. The breakfast was delicious too. Plenty of fresh home-grown fruit, home-made breads and jams, as well as a variety of cakes, nuts, muesli and toppings.

The brother and sister team who served me, went above and beyond. You sensed that they really cared. The place is a little further that I expected off the Camino but nothing to keep you from staying here. This is a high recommend. The girl named “Felipa” (I think) was a charming host who everybody felt comfortable around. The pool looked nice and clean and there is a spiritual calm that is felt within. Un Buen Camino.

Beautiful apartment, very modern with great appliances in the kitchen and a nice shower in the bathroom. The terrace is also great and it's very close to the university and there are 2 grocery stores to easily walk to by foot. It also had a very well functioning AC unit! Oh and the beds were very comfy, I slept better here than in my own bed at home lol.
