The location and the awesome view. It’s like an eagle’s nest with 360° panoramic view over Algarve hills. And the location is so quiet. Our hosts extended great hospitality, and they walked the extra mile to make us feel at home. They even met and greeted us on the main road and showed us the way to their property. This is first class service. Superb breakfast with delicious homemade croissants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is pure wilderness, surrounded by nature, with breathtaking, unpolluted night skies full of stars. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. Al has amazing stories about wine and offers a great wine tasting experience, while Ana prepares delicious meals and is super helpful with tips on what to see in the area. The design of the place is stunning, the mattresses and bedding are top-notch, and everything feels truly first-class. It’s a unique spot, definitely worth visiting. We highly recommend it! Very lovely and cozy house, a little out of the way if you are walking the fisherman’s trail, but it is worth the extra 2 Km. It was the best stay we had along the trail. The owner Angela is very friendly and helpful, she also left us a warm welcome on the kitchen table, such as fruits , cookies and a delicious ice tea. We loved our stay and regretted that we only booked one night, would of loved to stay longer. 😀
