Fantastic location, Alfalma is such a neat neighborhood. I think it's fair to say that our view of Lisbon overall was heavily influenced by this hotel. The front desk staff was very kind. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks in our room fridge, welcome pastel de natas, and small local liquor bottle. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Eggs, bacon, fruit, cheese/meats, pastries, and breads. They also had a 24/7 self-serve coffee machine, which my wife enjoyed. The bed in our room was very comfortable. The hotel is super closer to a good lookout point in Lisbon, great restaurants, shops, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here at this hotel.

This hotel is exceptional in every way. The staff, the room, the restaurant, the roof terrace are all extremely good. One word of caution - they have Marshall bluetooth speakers in the rooms. They are extremely good, and the first thing I did on returning home was to order one!

    Mr. Wagner is a very nice host, he also replies quickly and is flexible with arrival and departure times. The place is neat and small (only 2 guest bedrooms) so it feels like being a guest at a friend's house. Only thing to bear in mind is that the location is below airplane traffic so it is somewhat noisy, but with earplugs sleeping was of no issue.
