Very clean. Staff very professional. Probably the best hostel I've stayed. The only bad thing is that I haven't a plug and a lamp attached to my bed. But it wasn't a problem for me.

The owner was extremely friendly and receiving, our room was extremely clean with all new furniture and very efficient aircon. We also enjoyed the pool which was super refreshing after very warm day, I would not hesitate to return to this accommodation it is highly recommended when in CasteloBranco

The Hotel was lovely and the views were beautiful. The Managers, Isabella and Lucus were very friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely visit again. I suppose the only thing I would change is maybe to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but I don't think that this is a thing in Europe so no problem with this.

Beautiful Property tastefully designed, cosy room and very comfortable bed. Have lovely welcoming amenities in a room, which you would might only get in 4* hotels. The owners are absolutely amazing - very warm, friendly , helpful. They def take very good care of the property and the guests - thanks a million !
