Amazing location, a few minutes walk from the beach. Beautiful building with lots of common areas to chill out, and lovely courtyard for breakfast. The rooms were also beautiful, and bathroom really nice, shower was amazing. Breakfast was your general cereal, boiled eggs, meats, cheeses and breads which filled us up nicely. Check in process was smooth with a lock box for key.

Everything was super good! At our trip in Madeira it was one of 3 hottels, and its the best one! Clean, beautiful interior, tasty breakfast, good restaurants for dinner with good discount. Very good room cleaning daily. Friendly staff! Free parking. 10 points from 10.

Everything was just wonderful, the room was cozy and bright. The bed was massive and comfy ish. There a fridge near the kitchen that you can put your stuff in. And breakfast is lovely too. Definitely be coming back 😊 Oh and the cats name is Tacha, and she sooo sweet

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house in Ribeira da Janela. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Self catered breakfast, with all ingredients provided by the hosting staff (including daily fresh bread, yoghurt, fruit, variety of diary products. Each day, new refill. Amazing staff, making all the effort to make you feel at home, and making sure you have a comfortable stay. Just an amazing place on the north side of the island to spend your holiday. Highly recommended!

    Everything was fantastic. Location perfect. Spotlessly clean. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. Beds very comfortable. Housekeeper Natalia was really lovely and helpful. Easy parking behind the house or at the beach. Short walk to beautiful black sand beach. Sol e mar restaurant v close with fabulous food. Club Naval Bar at the beach was super fun and staff friendly.

    The old wine stores is a lovely character property that is filled with charm. Seixal, as a location is ideal to explore the north coast of Madeira and the central location of the property only added to its charms. The housekeeper, Natalie, looked after the house and breakfasts with much grace and serenity and is a real asset to the place. A true lay delightful place to stay.
