Everything! The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available and welcoming. My room was very clean, stylish and super comfortable – I really felt at home. The hotel bar was elegant and had a great atmosphere – perfect for a relaxed evening. But the highlight was definitely the breakfast: fresh, delicious, and with so much variety. I looked forward to it every morning! Also, the location was great – close to the city center but still quiet. I can highly recommend the Grand Plaza Hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The apartment rooms look like a hotel, the leaving room was nice and spacious. We really enjoyed the hotel poll and the bar , especially in the evening, even tought the poll is quite small.. In the rooms we had bathrobes and shoes for poll. The rooms are good isolated and had privacy even if we shared the apartment with our friends.The hotel is in a good area, near the historical center with lots of restaurants, 10minutes walk. There are a lots of parking places near the ap. If you are lucky you can find one.The staff was great!

We got more than expected! Tasty breakfast, super clean spacious room, next to a restaurant with delicious cuisine. Loti, the owner, is a very kind lady - our Istanbul-Ljubljana flight was delayed and we arrived at the hotel 1.5-2 hours later than agreed, and despite her condition (she was sick), Loti waited for us, checked in and then went home.     Simply wonderful! Everything was exceptional! It was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, delicious big breakfast and the location just ideal - close to the station and the center (approx 10min walk). If in Ljubljana again we will definitely return to this hotel.

    The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Easy check in as the owner gives you a code a few days before you arrive, good communication at all times from the owner. Ideal location to explore the city. We were thankful for the air conditioning due to the very hot weather. Good to have a fridge and great to have the dolce gusto with pods supplied. Would highly recommend 🙂

    Ideal location in the nicest part of the old town this is why you would opt for this new hotel next to the cobblers bridge and the best eateries Very clean and new Nice breakfast but not enough staff to serve when the hotel is busy
