Modern apartment and appliances with plenty of space for two. Great location (we preferred to be outside of a tourist hotspot) in a cosy small village and great view from the window. Very close to many nice nature attractions. We stayed in the apartment for two nights. Convenience store and pizzeria just around the corner, super convenient. We really liked that. The host was welcoming and helpful. Great value for money.

We had 2 bedroom apartment, all is very new and very comfortable. Big bedrooms, big bathroom, well equipped kitchen. I think it looks better in real than on pictures. Big bonus was washing machine (I don’t even know if it was mentioned in description. Parking in their garden. Staff very helpful, including cleaning lady. Walking distance to nearby waterfall. Cute town.

Location! Right in the middle of Kobarid with a view to the centre. Near cafes, restaurants. Parking! You have parking for up to 2 cars, just in front of the apartment. Spa! You got sauna and a whirlpool. If you spend your days in the cold river,you will love this. Price! A really good and fair price. I hope it stays this way. . I will return!

With a stunning rural vista, a group of self—contained apartments that have everything you need and some common areas that open up to an outdoor space with the spa and sauna. It was good to meet fellow travellers, and the host was extremely helpful. Janja was always contactable! The village is isolated, which for us was not a problem and actually a plus, but Janja had let us know this beforehand, so we stocked up on groceries.

    Perfect and beautiful location. All activities and hikes within a short ride. The appartement is fully equipt. Wifi is very good. Friendly and helpfull host. We where there in the summer so did not use the sauna. But the airconditioning was great to have!

    Great apartment in a peaceful location. Great base to explore Soca valley and alps. Very well equipped kitchen and plenty of room inside and outside to relax and enjoy the views and solitude. Easy walk to a Pizzeria, small store and a Restaurant.

    perfect location with access roads near to site seeing spots. Convenient parking space ... incl. our motorbike-trailer. Mini-supermarket and Pizzeria around the corner (same building). Rain-protected lodge outside .... pleasant for breakfast and whenever needed. Large apartment space. Very well equipped. Very friendly landlord. ..... a place to visit again

    The nicely renovated apartment has a super great location in the middle of Socha valley. Short drive to almost anywhere. Couple of minutes to Bovec, where you find anything you may need.

    It was a wonderful time in žaga, apartment was really clean, has a good equipment, the shop is near by and very good pizza. We Can also use garden which was surrounded by mountains. Mia and her grandfather very helpful and kind. Good location to explore the Soča valley :)
