The staff were wonderful and very helpful - their English was also fantastic. The food was exceptional. The location was just far enough out of Kranj to be very peaceful and with a bus service just outside, it was very easy to get in and out of town and also to Ljubljana. I would highly recommend Hisa Ales.

We stayed for 5 days and we couldn't have been more comfortable. Tomás was a super host, always available, friendly and attentive to everything. And what to say about Briana's attention, a 10. Spacious appartement, really friendly host. We stayed in the top apartment with a kitchen, living room, hallway, bathroom and huge bedroom. For us it was on our way to Croatia but we would definitely recommend this place.
