We had an excellent stay at this property, and I highly recommend it! The location is very convenient, just a 10-12 minute drive from the airport. The courtyard is beautiful and well-maintained, creating a relaxing atmosphere. My friend and I booked a two-bedroom apartment for two nights, and it was perfect in size, equipped with air conditioning and fans, and clean and tidy. Getting around was easy, as tuk-tuks were readily available, and the property’s location pin was accurate, making it hassle-free to find. I also tried the breakfast for one day—it was very affordable yet incredibly generous in portion. On the morning of our departure, they even packed a light breakfast for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. A standout feature of this stay was the staff. They were very patient, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Special mention goes to the host, Brown, whose warm smile and willingness to assist made our experience even better. When we encountered an issue with booking a ride to the airport, he stepped in and personally drove us there at a discounted rate to ensure we caught our flight on time. Once we arrived, he even helped me rush with our luggages. His kindness and dedication were truly remarkable. Overall, this accommodation offers exceptional value for money, with great amenities and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Wow what a great place and amazing host, very considerate, great service, awesome value, have recommended my friend to stay there and would recommend anyone else too as well.... it is lovely and peaceful. Nothing fancy but for 15$ all the basics are here, it’s very clean, AC works just fine, a nice shower with hot water, location is very central, the wifi is fast like in Europe, it’s safe and the staff is doing the job. That’s all but for such a cheap price in the heart of Dar there is no point paying more to sleep.

    One of the cheapest hotels in Dar Es Salaam and for that price you get a basic but clean room and bathroom, airconditioning, TV, good wifi, a basic breakfast, a central location and above all I found the staff extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Even the manager came to say hello. Recommended for those on a budget!
