Great new resort, comfortable large villas, delicious breakfast. Common spaces, bar area and pool are well maintained and clean. We used the gym and although not large it had everything we needed. SPA was great to for a massage. Staff was very professional and when we encountered an issue it was resolved very efficiently. Short walk to the beach through Jambiani village.

Just everything was amazing! The staff is incredibly welcoming and polite. The food is the best we ate in Jambiani and Paje!! The rooms are big and clean and coming with a one million dollar view! The hotel was so Ply lovely and amazing. I was so happy that we chose this accommodation. The rooms are beautiful very nice decorated and well thought. The views are amazing and it was a very quite and peaceful place since there are only 13 rooms or something. The pool is huge and the beach setting wonderful. The service was extremely good. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and well trained. The food definitely great as well. The manager , a very friendly Italian person is always around and gives everyone a good feeling, very familiar atmosphere. We loved it and would recommended it warmly !

First of all - that was the best place we stayed in on Zanzibar. Breakfasts - amazing, really stands out. The amount of plants gives super vibes to the hotel. The staff is very helpful and welcoming. The tower to sit and look at the sunrise/sunset - best thing ever. Prices of drinks etc - very fair.

Absolutely everything!! Seriously if you are visiting the area there is no other place to consider. The staff was very helpful and friendly and everyone was willing to assist to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Also, the restaurant has really good options and the service was always amazing! I recommend this hotel 100%!!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The place is simple and quiet, but still comfortable and beautiful. The definition of serenity! It is right on the beach, but very well settled, so the beach boys can't really bother you. I felt safe throughout my stay. I enjoyed my days in between laying on the beach chairs by the beach (when it was low tide), in the ocean (high tide), and in the pool, which was just perfect in every way! Food and drinks are amazing - loved the tuna tartar!! And the staff are the star of the place, they are so nice, friendly and caring! All of them were very nice since the moment I arrived and they were always making sure I was okay. The bar is beautiful and has so much character!

We liked the warm welcome from the hosts and staff. The property is not on the beach but access is easy by walking through the village. The property restaurant is managed by an Italian chef, the food is excellent. It’s next level to what we find in the area. We had diner for the four nights of our stay!. Jambiani is a nice quiet beach.

Absolutely loved my whole time at New Teddy’s. The location, space and facilities are a dream: right in front of a gorgeous beach, beautiful layout with the swimming pool in the middle, the different lounge options, the sunshine and the breeze, the bar and open living/dinning area. The whole environment really makes it easy to meet people, hangout and overall feel really happy while being there. The food and drinks were incredible, highly reccomend the salads and cocktails (specially during happy hour, when everybody gathers around the bar) and the prices are really reasonable. Finally, the staff team is amazing, super warm and friendly, hardworking, trustworthy, they give the best reccomendations because they genuinely want to share their knowledge and love for this place. Asante Selina, Nuru, Enock, Juma, Amos, Raphael and the whole team, your good vibes make this place really special :)
