I had a truly wonderful experience staying at the Sandman Hotel in Las Colinas! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. Check-in was smooth and fast, which made the start of my stay very pleasant. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the little touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. I especially appreciated the modern amenities, including the flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and the well-stocked mini-fridge. The hotel’s facilities were excellent. I enjoyed a relaxing swim in the indoor pool, and the fitness center had everything I needed for a quick workout. Dining at the on-site restaurant was a treat—the food was delicious and served in a comfortable, stylish setting. The location is perfect, too—close to local attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to get around without hassle. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I felt comfortable, cared for, and completely relaxed during my visit. I would highly recommend the Sandman Hotel to anyone visiting the Las Colinas area and would definitely stay here again!

Location was great! Close to good food and close to the Las Colinas Convention Center where we had our Cheer Competition. Pool was inside and warm! Breakfast was delicious. Love the order-made omelets and the Bar and restaurant had good drinks and food. Love the complimentary 2 drinks during reception. Great spot to relax and mingle.

Wonderful, friendly and receptive staff. Conducted themselves in a professional manner. I had a hitch free and fast check in. Room was bigger than I expected. Breakfast was good with varieties of food to select from. Airport shuttle was on time with a friendly and helpful driver.

There is not one specific thing that I’d consider excellent. The staff is amazing (from the reception to the shuttle drivers), it is easy to make your way in and out and it is very clean might I add. The complimentary breakfast was also great. They did serve a variety and it was to the liking to my family and mine. Also the shuttle bus was also great! Efficient and quick. There was really no hassle

    Having seen negative reviews I was hesitant about booking this hotel but now I'm glad I did. It was in a perfect location, close to DFW airport, right next to the Hidden Ridge orange line station with a frequent service to the centre of the city and a short drive to many shops and restaurants. The room itself was a good size and had everything we needed. Parking on site was free and the laundry facilities were also free. The hotel and room were spotless and showed no signs of any of the issues mentioned in other reviews.

    Great location, easy landing, helpful staff, the pool was a great temperature, the beds and spacing of the room was ideal, the breakfast was less than amazing, but the breakfast staff was so nice!

    The hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. There is ample parking and a relatively good breakfast. There was also a swimming pool. The rooms are equipped with fridge/microwave, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. All these amenities are very useful and highly appreciated! The location is very quiet and the bed was big and very comfortable. The shower was also good, plenty of water pressure and good quality of amenities.
