Staff are welcoming, accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right off the I81 so very easy to locate and right by many food options for fast food and a few restaurants within a 2 minute drive. Fantastic location for the fair grounds if you are heading to an event. I've rated a 10 out of 10. This is a budget hotel and I've stayed at many, as such this is a 10 compared to other hotels of the same caliber such as Marriott and Country Inn etc. Staff are great, facilities are great in having a pool and a small gym. Very clean throughout the hotel and the rooms where spotless. Beds very comfortable. Can't really go wrong and a good saving to the other two hotels in the area.

I liked that it was very close to the freeway and Washington DC , within one hour of Dulles Airport. I liked the very friendly staff, indeed not just friendly but helpful, especially Tabitha.

The tent was just liked pictured...beautiful. Bed was super comfy and all the amenities like coffee machine, microwave, and fridge were great. Interesting compost toilet but easy to use and no smell whatsoever. Views of the farm and cows 🐄 were very nice.
