Very clean! Pet friendly but you wouldn't even know, no animal smells at all. Staff was super nice and personable. Received a suite upgrade and it was perfect! Lots of amenities and freebies are available- free beer or wine? Yes please! As many crepes as you want at breakfast? Absolutely! Very well maintained gym as well, if you end up eating too many crepes though.

I love the kitchenettes because I enjoy cooking my meals, so I don't usually have the breakfast but it looks great. The staff is particularly helpful and positive. The close location to Mayo Clinic is key for me. The free hourly shuttle is perfect and it's even close enough to walk, .8 miles.

The location was great, I enjoyed being so close to the Publix. I liked that the area was a little quieter than the Beach Boulevard area that I typically stay in for treatment at Mayo Clinic. I did have to switch rooms because of a broken A/C unit. Not a huge deal, the girl at the desk was able to move me to a different room right away. I slept fantastic!

    The location. Walking from our room to the beach to watch the sunrise in two minutes. Nice little bar with a decent menu. Nice shops and restaurants within walking distance. Good TV and channels. Grumpy's good for breakfast and walking distance although you have to cross the main drag. They serve alcohol for breakfast.

    Can't beat the view, and the price! Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable, and the location was pretty awesome. Easy parking, walkable to restaurants & shops, and steps from the sand. Perfect!
