we arrived rather late in Palm Springs, but the lobby was still open so the check-in was no problem. our room was clean and everything that we needed was available - even an (empty) mini-fridge! we booked pool view, but we didn't really have a view from our room. but i must say, we were just 50m away from it - so that's fine.

To be honest, I was kinda afraid before checking in due to many not so good reviews and a pretty low ranking. I have no idea why! What I have found here was friendly staff, clean rooms, working A/C and unusually comfy beds with really soft mattresses! And considering the price, which is one of the lowest in Palm Springs, I see absolutely no reason why to stay anywhere else here.
