Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge. The property is non-smoking and is situated 5 km from Aberdeen Skytrain Station. Our host welcomed us warmly despite our midnight arrival. The house was very clean and luxurious. The host even left us a small chocolate and we had it for breakfast the next morning. The next morning we were also glad to have a car to take us to the airport. The hospitality was excellent from start to finish. We were very lucky to have chosen to stay here instead of the airport hotel. It is definitely Five Star.

In a prime location in the centre of Vancouver, Smithe House provides free WiFi throughout the property and a fitness centre. This 4-star hotel offers a concierge service. Private parking is available on site. We stayed at Smithe House when we were going to a concert at BC Place. The location was perfect for us. It was a quick walk to the stadium! There was a nice little woodfire pizza restaurant just a few minutes walk away. They upgraded us and our room was fantastic... modern and clean with all of the appliances you could need, a shower with nice water pressure, the most comfortable bed and pillows, and even a private balcony! They were even thoughtful enough to ask what coffee we would prefer. You don't need to check in at a desk. Everything is done via text/email. We paid for private secure parking in their garage...highly recommended! Their communication is the absolute best. We spoke with them several times before and during our stay. We highly recommend Smithe House and will hopefully get to stay there again soon!
