The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. Their cheeriness was infectious. A true asset to whoever owns the hotel. The room was very well appointed and decorated. Bathroom and shower were very good and spotlessly clean. Because of our travel plans, we didn't have breakfast but the garden/dinning area was also very well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation features a 24-hour front desk and room service for guests. The lake view from the room is amazing. Breakfast was great. The room is big,clean. The house keeper was generous and attentive. I told her that I would like to change the sparkling bottle water to be mineral water. She immediately did it and ask me the room number and said that tomorrow she would place only bottle of mineral water to my room.

Really good continental breakfast included. Had a view of lake Brienz from our room and the Brienz Rothorn Steam train drove past our window which was really cool to see and not noisy. Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. Great spot! Loved the ski facilities and the breakfast was great

The Swiss-style rooms are pleasantly and comfortably furnished. Most rooms also offer spectacular views of the mountains and the Lauterbrunnen Valley. A small and cozy family-run hotel that provides everything one could wish for in such a beautiful village. The staff at both the reception and restaurant were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our balcony offered a breathtaking view of the valley and surrounding peaks, truly the highlight of our stay. Even if there had been something to complain about (which there wasn’t), the view alone and that single sunrise would make this hotel a solid 10/10. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making it an easy place to relax after exploring the area.
