The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again

Free WiFi is available in all areas. The staff is really nice and communicative, we arrived late and still got a upgrade for our room. Breakfast is nice as well.

The hosts were welcoming and super friendly. Hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good.

We had a great dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was also very good with lots of choice. Parking was easy. Easy access to fabulous walks from the chair lift just up the road. Hotel is in a pretty little village with several other restaurants so there was choice. We didn't us the gym or sauna so cannot comment.

Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

The property is non-smoking and is set 42 km from Sion. We loved that our room had a balcony and we could hear the river flowing outside. We also loved having a kitchen as meals in town were expensive so it was great to cook in a bit and have breakfast in the morning. The beds were very comfortable. The location was convenient to hiking, transit stops, shops and restaurants in town. The room was cozy but very well appointed and great for our group of 4 adults.

We had a wonderful time — the hotel was impeccably clean, furnished with exceptional attention to detail, and truly felt like a retreat. The food was absolutely incredible — each dish was a delight. It was a genuine pleasure to talk to every member of the staff, as well as the lovely managing couple — their warmth and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. We would love to return one day and relive this amazing experience
