I usually stayed in 5 stars international hotel hence I was approaching it with apprehension. It surpassed my expectations and value for money. The customer service who checked us in, Xiao Liang is resourceful and helpful with ideas as we arrived with no plans for Guilin. She arranged for a good guide to bring us around for 1 day at a reasonable price. The guide brought us to see excellent view in Long Ji and Ping-An. Xiao Liang also arranged the cruise for us to travel from Guilin to Yangshuo. The best part was the LADY BOSS - very hospitable, friendly and gracious lady. She invited my husband and myself to a dinner she has arranged for her close friends! IT WAS EXCELLENT for 2 seniors travelling free and easy on the first night in Guilin! Their hospitality, warmth, resourcefulness made this an excellent stay. AND THE VIEW is good. Really had a quiet and stressless stay in this min-shu.

Scooter and bicycle rentals are also available. Clean, comfortable large room with a balcony. The breakfast is plentiful, varied and delicious. The restaurant is open all day, the roof terrace is perfect for lunch, dinner or an afternoon coffee. Large and clean pool with a nice view of the mountains. The staff is kind and helpful, they are happy to answer any questions. We will choose this hotel again next time.
