The owners are the kindest couple you will ever meet—always warm, welcoming, and eager to help with anything you need. They go out of their way to provide the best tips and guidance for exploring Zhangjiajie, which really made my trip smoother and more enjoyable. A special mention to Rainbow, who speaks excellent English and has an incredibly positive and helpful attitude. Traveling overseas can sometimes be challenging, but staying here felt effortless and comfortable thanks to their hospitality. If you’re planning a trip to Zhangjiajie, I can’t recommend this place enough—it’s the perfect base to explore one of the most beautiful places on earth.

From the moment we arrived (which was quite late but she waited for us), she kindly answered each of our questions, gave us very detailed instructions and advice on what places to visit, best timing, etc. Jenny also helped us book the tickets which was great! We loved the room - modern, decorated with taste, and the bed was so comfortable! Last but not least, knowing that my girlfriend is vegan, Jenny cooked really delicious food and treated us to her homemade dinner. Totally recommend this place. Thank you Jenny for all your hospitality and help. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay at your place!
