Luxury hotel Dating back to the early 20th century, this historic hotel is right on Alexandria’s waterfront where breakfast can be enjoyed on the rooftop terrace with panoramic Corniche views. 海沿いの高級ホテルが立ち並ぶエリアの一角にあります。チェックインの合間ウェルカムドリンクに特製レモネードを頂いたり、妻に一輪のバラがプレゼントされたり、これまで経験したことのなかったおもてなしを受けました。ポーターに荷物を運んでもらったり、スタッフに部屋を案内してもらったりしましたが、その場で即座にチップを求められることはなく、マニュアルが徹底されているように見られました。 建物の内装は名前からしてイングランドのウィンザー城を模していると思いますが、中世ヨーロッパの雰囲気たっぷりでとてもラグジュアリーな気分になれます。浴室はバスタブにビデもあり、アメニティの質も良かったです。コーヒーやミニバー、フルーツまで用意されていました。バルコニーを開けると地中海の風景が広がり最高の眺めでした。 何より素晴らしかったのは最上階のレストランでした。朝食で訪れたのですが、とても広く開放的なテラス席があり、地中海を一望しながら食事を楽しむことができます。朝食の種類も豊富で、アエーシやフールなどの地のものから、洋風の料理、フレッシュジュース、フルーツタルトなどのデザートまで食べきれないほどたくさんありました。 値段も周辺の高級ホテルと比べると割安です。チェックアウトも12:00までと余裕があり、最初から最後まで最高の体験を得ることができました。叶うならまた来たいと思えるくらいの、最高のホテルです。

I'm Egyptian but I live in Switzerland and must admit it has been the best hotel experience we ever had. My son and my parents loved. The hospitality, the comfort, cleanliness, views, and the Food. The Staff were wonderful, friendly and very professional. Mohamed Abu Elfotouh the outlet manager is the most dedicated, professional and excellent I have ever seen. He is so present and observant of all his team. He creates wonderful communication with all customers and makes everyone happy. We definitely going again and highly recommend for everyone.
