With original 1906 features, there are glazed tiles, terrazzo flooring, timber wall-panelling, fireplaces and even the original safes. The room was absolutely stunning and really exceeded our expectation! I got really sick during my stay, in the middle of the night, and had to go to the hospital, and the receptionist Jessica went above and beyond to help me. I felt safe and taken care of, as well as a comfortable place to stay. Would absolutely go here again, and Jessica did an amazing job!

The design and decor - there were real candle lit in the foyer and Jacks and the restaurant which gave it a great feel The staff - The front desk staff were super friendly The food was incredible and the Jacks Bar staff and cocktails were exceptional! Bed was super comfortable and the room decor was very stylish

Very friendly staff, we received a warm welcome at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious.

Within a tree-lined Victorian terrace, this 5-star boutique hotel is located in the fashionable West End, only 30 minutes' drive from Loch Lomond. Its oak-panelled bistro serves fresh, Scottish cuisine and over 300 wines. what a magnificent hotel. every room is different. all have so much character. this old building feels a bit like hogwarts. I am sure some of the stairs moved, and some of the pictures talked. we spend hours roaming around the hotel looking for hidden gems like the reading room and even the gym (not really a gem but it was fun looking for it). breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get but the room and the buffet are beautiful. staff is amazing, funny, smart, nice and professional. I would definitely come back. hopefully soon.

This bed and breakfast offers free private parking and private check-in and check-out. The bed and breakfast has family rooms. Loved the location in a park just a few minutes from the main street. The breakfast was delicious, in a lovely dining area set around the workings of the old mill. I was there for a wedding and family members were jealous of accommodation and breakfast compared to their B&B on the main street. Also our host was very relaxed about check in and breakfast times.

The property is non-smoking and is set 300 metres from Sauchiehall Street. Everything is perfect in this apartment. Very comfortable for a family of 6 and well located in the heart of the city without much noise. We loved the set up and the decoration. And our baby enjoyed toys and children books which definitely is a plus when travelling with a baby. Steve was also a very nice and responsive host.
