An epitome of grandeur, Taj City Centre New Town, Kolkata, is the Hallmark of Urban Hospitality. As soon as you enter, you’re engulfed with peace and calm. What a beautiful hotel to stay in. The staff are extremly helpful. They gave us local recommendations. It was like having a local guide at your hotel. Stand outs were Salauddin who was just a call away to help with everything and Salini. She was very helpful and was almost out local guide. Thanks for the hospitality.

Location is very easy and posh. The interiors are very well kept and the staff is very helpful. There is an extra set of slippers available in the shoe rack. Great location for some peace and quiet. The hosts were amazing and hospitable. They have their own drivers, who'll take you wherever you want. Another great thing about the place is the food. Most of what they fed us was homegrown. There is no room heater but all the beds are equipped with electric blankets. We were fortunate to go there on a great time of the year when there is no snow or rain. The whole time weather was sunny during day time. They have a small but wonderful garden. You can treat yourself with great garden view first thing in the morning. Another neat little detail that I have to add is that you can get a clear view of the Kanchenjunga from the garden if the weather is clear.
