The view of Lake Mývatn was just awesome from the bar and the restaurant. Best location possible. Wish we could have stayed much longer. Will use this hotel again on my next visit. Food in the restaurant was very good both diner and breakfast. Bonus was seeing the northern lights dance above the lava fields surrounding the hotel.

At the guest house, the units include a shared bathroom. EVERYTHING! Perfect location. Ingvar, our host is very quick to respond to my queries and very informative. His home is beautifully set up. Everything we needed was provided. Wifi is excellent. Bunos that there's a laundry ( both washer & dryer) available. Our room was spacious & clean. Whole house was clean. Such a shame we were only there for 1 night. Would've loved to enjoy more of the view whilst having a meal. Hopefully we can come back again.

Beautiful apartment with all the facilities we could need, including kitchen facilities and a dining area. Oh and the shower is AMAZING!! Great communication with friendly hosts. Would recommend to our friends and family.
