During hot days the rooms air-conditioning works very well. Well insulated from noise and heat. The hotel has a couple EV car chargers in their parking lot, but a bit expensive, very convenient however. The room has window shades and black out curtains. Breakfast was very good, typically Italian and mostly sweet food. Staff was very friendly. If you have a car and are driving to or from Venice, this hotel is worth the drive.

I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

The windows are amazingly soundproof and although our room was on the second floor overlooking the street, there was minimal/no traffic nor outdoor café noises to disturb. The establishment had no "breakfast" on site, there was an excellent café next door which offered a discount to hotel guests. The same discount applied to a nearby fish and meat restraint. Excellent associations and accomodations.
