The location was very good for my husband and me. We were coming to Tirano with the Berina Express, and we had an easy time accessing the hotel. Check-in was fast and seamless, and the room we booked was big with a modern rustic design. It had a kitchen and dining area, which would have come in handy if we were staying longer. The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and respectful.

Very clean, room offered all needful. Great service, wonderful breakfast where you could make your own juice out of the offered vegetables and fruits. They were very kind at the checkout as I thought the booking was already prepaid, which was not the case. They handled it perfectly, without making me feel uncomfortable! Grazie for that! Would definitely stay again!
