The facilities were very comfortable, and the balcony was a real highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Everything a traveler might need for a short stay was provided and more. For longer stays, a few extra kitchen items such as plates, knives, forks, and other utensils would make things even more convenient.

This hotel feels like home, clean and comfy. The staff at front desk gave us detailed introduction to bolzano city, including eating touring and transportation. They replied on booking APP and email promptly, provided all convinience like clothes drying and washing. Check-out time was fixed but the staff waited for us for one hour to help us checkout early, and gave us delicious lunch packs to go.

Conveniently located ~ 10min walk to train station, modern, clean and well equipped. Host was amazing accommodating late train arrival and also helped us call a cab in the morning to pick up our rental car.

Rooms at the Steindl's have wooden furnishings and carpeted floors. All come with a flat-screen TV, fan and private bathroom. Wi-Fi in public areas is free. The furnished garden includes a children’s playground. Right in the middle of the Alps, next to the cable car, the stay at Steindl hotel was incredible. All the staff is very helpful and friendly, the rooms are cozy and immersed in nature. The location is perfectly situated not far from Brenner highway, yet in the center of Vipiteno/Sterzing, but in a quiet location that faces greenery everywhere. The breakfast is a true delight to start your day with, I mostly appreciated the variety of fresh fruits, but everything else was delicious, and I would say exquisite, is rather a brunch than a breakfast, with local products (the honey was from another world). The rooms were very clean, we staid 2 times and every time we had a room that exited to the garden, which was particularly appreciated by my 3 years old son. Some of the rooms have a kitchenette. The hotel has very nice touches, and there is possibility to park in the garage for a small fee per night. Definitely a destination I will come back to.

A really beautiful spa hotel in the alps of south Tirol, awesome restaurant and the pools are really cool. They even decorated the table in the restaurant specially for my birthday.
