It was extremly cosy and had a very good vibe. The venue itself feels as if you're staying in a luxury hotel. Everything you need is provided and it had one of the best, if not the best, breakfasts we've had during our stay in Japan. No need to go to a bar to drink something, the guestlounge upstairs or downstairs has the perfect atmosphere! Also the only place we stayed that provided us with a premade breakfast plate (healthy food) because we has to leave earlier than normal breakfast time. I highly recommend staying here!

The staff was very polite and apologized for the ticket thing, but that's ok! everyone makes mistakes. i don't know to write this here or not, but i got to the concert with the use of those tickets and it was the best moment of my life, so i associate your hotel with very positive emotions.
