Everything went well - the staff was more than kind - they did laundry for us when we asked, printed our plane tickets, packed breakfast for us when we went for an out of town tour.. Our room was nice - equipped with toiletries, had extra blankets, it was cozy.

The service is exceptional. We were treated with utmost hospitality, making sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our time in Morocco. We had problems with ticket bookings and they helped us by doing calls and inquiries for us and even referring us to the right people. Very exceptional service. Kudos to Ibrahim, Omar, Mohammad and the 2 beautiful ladies Rislan. All praise also to the chef Omar for the wonderful food. I will keep coming back to the Riad Green every time I am in Morocco and will definitely recommend this place.

Walk to everywhere. Huge comfortable bed with quality sheets and towels. Good size shower with hot water. Spacious room. Good quiet air-con. Good breakfast on the rooftop terrace with great views. Very helpful staff who make sure you are well looked after. I appreciated my take away breakfast bag as I had to leave very early. Quality place for good value.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The riad is beautiful. The breakfast was huge and their mint tea was so good. The location was about 10 minutes from the blue gate.

If there were any flaws, the staffs Nadir, Omar & lady chef N compensated them all. The staffs were gems!! Very helpful, very pleasant and polite. The riad was just like what we imagine, beautiful! location was not too deep into the Medina, easily reachable via Bab Boujloud and the Batha post. Our room was on the top floor, next to the terrace and the rooftop seating. Bathroom with bidet for the toilet is a rare finding!! Dinner we had was fantastic and breakfast were nice and varies everyday, still traditional and adequate portion.

We had a lovely stay at Dar Bensouda, a beautifully refurbished traditional riad that perfectly blends authenticity with comfort. The property is an old house thoughtfully transformed into charming accommodation, preserving its architectural heritage while offering a peaceful retreat in the heart of the medina. Our room was spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast was decent—simple but satisfying. The small pool in the courtyard added a refreshing touch, especially after exploring the busy streets of Fes. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace: quite spacious, with stunning views and a serene ambiance that made it ideal for unwinding. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Dar Bensouda to travelers looking for an authentic Moroccan stay with warm hospitality.

Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez.
