This beautiful hotel is at the end of a VERY quiet alley-type street. Location was great, the room and bathroom was beautiful; everything was excellent but the customer service was more than excellent. Maude and Audrey were not only helpful and knowledgeable,but extremely lovely to talk to. They arranged for my room to get cleaned first so I could check in a tiny bit early which was so nice of them. I would one hundred percent stay at this place again.

Offering a terrace and views of the garden, La Maïoun Guesthouse is situated in Nice in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region, 500 metres from the beach. Dare I say this was one of my favorite accommodations throughout all the years of solo traveling. Staff really cared about the place, providing fresh free breakfast for everyone, place was exceptionally clean, cozy and very authentic in my view. I stayed at female dorm with 6 beds and it was very quiet. Location was amazing, 8 minutes by walk from the main beach.

Lovely small hotel, with stairs, but a small lift for luggage! Cute rooms with a nice view and personable staff. Great location with everything you need within a few steps! The Alcove Hotel is located in the heart of Nice, 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais, around 15-20 minutes walk from Nice Ville train station and Place Masséna. Location on walking distance to the see. Rooms are compact but very clean (no carpet). Breakfast was complete.
