Bed was comfortable and the pool a delight. The owner arranged a great boat trip for us to Ile Aux Cerf and we even hired a car from him for the whole vacation. They made us feel so welcome. He also arranged for us to have an authentic Mauritius dinner. His wife even helped remove sea urchin pieces in my foot. Overall a great stay. Hope to return again soon

But the best thing is the care and kindness Kerstin is putting into making your stay a memorable one. She made reservations for boat trip, restaurants every night we spent there, kindly offered to call the airport for our lost luggage. The only thing I regret is not knowing that her husband is a Romanian foodie - we would have brought him some supplies. So, shoutout to all Romanians going there: bring over some polenta flour / mălai and goat cheese and you will make a guy happy very easily.

River front view, watching boat come by, excellent and well equipped kitchen (even cooking oil and spices), huge semi private deck, with lounge chairs for outdoor relaxation, private the quite bedroom, everything I possibly need for a vacation stay is there. More importantly, the hosts are super nice and always want to help, they provided me with cold juice upon arrival (felt sooo good in a hot/humid day), and fresh baked bread in the morning. They are also very good in communication, timely and clearly. This is by far the best place I stayed in the two week of travel. I strongly recommend this place.

If you wish the classic all-inclusive resort holiday this location is not for you but if you’re looking for an unique place to feel home and relax this just the place to go.
