I definitely recommend this place, it's the perfect place for your Taman Negara experience. Right next to the river, so if you're coming by boat (which i recommend), it's a super short walk to check in. Jason runs a cosy lodge with the best views and tour guides in town. The tours he offers are affordable and the guides are exceptional when it comes to the knowledge about the forest and it's animals. Luckily I did not fall for the expensive tours other companies (e.g. Han travels) offers. Realised I could do trails (1-5) on my own, just with a park permit for RM11👌🏼 I had the best 2 days there and definitely want to go back! Thanks for an amazing stay 🙌🏽

We had a beautiful, large, and very clean room on the 2nd floor. The room had a beautiful view of nature. The room was perfect after a jungle hike!

Clean room with mosquito net (we didn't need), towels, etc. Nothing classy (remember, its on the edge of a rain forest), but it's got all a tired traveler needs. Since Kuala Tahan is very small village, everything is nearby (food stalls, laundry, market, travel agencies).
