The facilities were beautiful and absolutely spotless. The setting was unreal, I kept having to tell myself, this is real, it's not a photo.. The staff was so friendly and kind. And the breakfast was amazing. We will stay there again if we are ever able to travel again to Maderia.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. It was so very well appointed. Smeg Appliances, large and small. Location is the best in town to watch the NYE fireworks. They allow hotel guests a privileged part of the rooftop to enjoy the 360 view. The rooftop bar serves amazing drinks and food. The Friday night kabab menu was the best meal we had in Funchal. Croissants are delivered daily to your room. All this is wonderful, but the customer service is what sets Three House Hotel apart. The rooms come with a flat-screen TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. Every room includes a private bathroom equipped with a shower. The staff was wonderful, especially Sonia on the front desk. No request seemed to phase her. She organized a tour of north eastern Maderia that was wonderful. The hotel is in an excellent location in the centre of the old part of Funchel, near the Municipal Gardens.

The location is excellent as a starting point for several hikes.

It features an outdoor pool with solarium and sun loungers. Staying in Casa das Proteas was an amazing experience. The view is absolutely stunning, the breakfast is very tasty and Teresa is super kind and helpful. We will definitely come back:)

Casa Da Piedade’s rooms feature wood furniture, as well as a TV and telephone. Each private bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Everything was just wonderful, the room was cozy and bright. The bed was massive and comfy ish. There a fridge near the kitchen that you can put your stuff in. And breakfast is lovely too. Definitely be coming back 😊 Oh and the cats name is Tacha, and she sooo sweet
