You could really make yourself comfortable and the extra space helps to avoid that cramped up feeling you can often get in small apartments or hotel rooms.

First thing I noticed is the staff: very friendly and polite ! 10+ for them all (reception, SPA center, dinner, cleaning service personnel who rushed to the reception when we checked out, we forgot a charger in the room). Breakfast and dinner: high quality food and products, more than enough, at a decent price (we had dinner extra). Good espresso. The dining hall is pleasant to the eyes, intimate, very comfy chairs. Plenty of choices for all tastes and dietary lifestyle. Tasty. At dinner, some of us had salads, others chicken schnitzel and other dishes. They don't joke with the quantity, nor quality, no matter the dish. You're stuffed when leaving the restaurant because you can't help yourself from stopping until the dish is empty 😁 The waiter has forgotten one small salad to bring it to us, was not a problem anyway... he apologized several times, was ashamed and wanted to compensate somehow. We appreciated his gesture. He's everywhere in that hotel, from SPA center giving you towels, then offering drinks, then later he's serving in the dining hall, and all that with dedication, smiling and exchanging a few words. Big thanks to him ! Apologize for not remembering his name. SPA center: nicely and clean, excelent clean and warm water. Nice bath wraps (a bigger size, plus 2 smaller size, like prepared for a family) are provided in the room. Towels are given at the SPA center. Maybe a good idea to bring your own slippers, please refer to the section "what I didn't like". Room: nicely decorated and clean, good mattresses (on the stiff side, but I slept well and no back pain in the morning). Parking (free): at least in February, the private parking had plenty of free spaces. It's closed behind an automatic door, it has video surveillance. I fully recommend the hotel.

Fruške Residences is set in Vrdnik, 20 km from Novi Sad. This location is on the outskirts of Fuska Gora National Park with Adventure Park within walking distance. Free WiFi is available. Rather big apartments with balcony, kitchen, coffee machine. Free access to the pools, cover parking. There is some very good restaurants around, you can buy breakfast and lunch in Movenpick hotel.

In my opinion, the best hotel in the city center, just at the old town, very clean, modern, with a comfortable bed and great breakfast, nice personnel. From all the hotels that I have stayed at in Novi Sad, this is the best - even though all of them were great. Next time I’m very sure I will stay here again.
