The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, so we took full advantage of it. Everything was spotless and modern, making the entire experience very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Clean, easily accessible, quiet, very clean, private patio in front of the room. Babette is very helpful and very nice and has even prepared a excellent dinner for me as I did not want to go out.

Apartments have everything you need. The staff is lovely. Especially the caretaker Nahed who provided pick and drop from ferry with luggage. Very well taken care of apartments with all kitchen equipment and washing machine. Also close to bakery. In La Digue the take away costs a third of what it will cost when dining in a restaurant so sometimes we just brought food in the apartment and enjoyed there. Highly recommended for longer stays too.

We are currently on Mahe Island and we are still talking about our amazing stay in La Digue (because the bar was raised so extremely high by Maison Ed Elle)! Elluna is incredibly friendly and lovely host. We had two second floor apartments which were very clean and as I am very “smell-sensitive” I want to point out that the apartments smelled like fresh lemongrass or something wonderfully fresh and exotic, unlike many other self catering apartments or even luxury resorts I’ve stayed in before. Rental bikes were organised to us as we arrived and when we got a flat tyre far away from home, a new bike was a call and 15 minutes away! I can’t recommend this place enough! We are extremely satisfied and looking forward to coming back to La Digue to stay at Maison Ed-Elle again. Thank you once more!

A very warm welcome by Tahiri who gave lots of information on the island. She was so helpful and flexible at all times and granted an unbeatable room rate. I must also highlight the lovely flower decorations that awaited me in the room. There is a pool and a takeaway on the premises. 3 min by bike to the center. I can't wait to come back to this place.
