We are absolutely grateful we decided to stay. We will absolutely stay here again.

It was easily accessible to the LA Convention Center, where I was attending my program. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The place was absolutely clean. Every amenity within walking distance. An incredible team led by Alex, manages this hotel. We had to extend our stay by 2 days as we had a road accident and lost all our bags in a theft. Kevin at the reception went home after work and got us clothes to wear, to tide us over. Heather, Lauren, Tobias & David went out of their way to support us during the 3 days we stayed at this hotel. From managing incoming calls from CHP, to David driving us to get stuff and Alex offering to drive us to the Airport when we left Redding. I have never experienced support of this level ever. The team managing this hotel is unbelievable. My wife and I would like to thank all of you for being such compassionate and supportive human beings.

The room was very clean and big and we enjoyed the swimming pool and the mini golf. The staff were nice and it was a great stay. We even got a “pack and play” with no charge The breakfast is served to your room and limited but we knew it in advance and the price was still cheaper than other inns with no breakfast at all
