It is a beautiful Inn with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious, and all homemade 😋 There were also lots of extras....help yourself sodas, snacks, coffee etc. Our room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was also a very useful fridge in the room & corkscrew 🍷 It was lovely to have a gym, sauna & exercise pool too. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s a cute Motel that will have everything you need on your trip to the Cape. Its location is perfect for a travel through location being a middle location in between Ptown and Chatham and close to all the beautiful walks and beaches nearby. The stuff is really friendly and it had lots of free parking in close proximity to all the individual rooms.

Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, A Beach Breeze Inn is located in West Harwich, 4.4 km from Harwich Port which features a ferry to Nantucket. The owner is super sweet and everything was smooth and easy. I'm a very experienced world traveler, so I appreciate things that go so smoothly! The room was quaint and spotless! I absolutely loved this property! Unlike traditional hotels this hotel gives a small community retreat experience. It’s quiet, pretty, tranquil, relaxing, and peaceful. The owners are so friendly, nice, welcoming, and very helpful checking in on you and will provide information and recommendations for your trip and experience. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern, and include a sitting area and kitchenette area with a refrigerator. There is no microwave in the room but just a few steps away you have access to the dining area where breakfast is served daily and there are microwaves available for use. Speaking of, the dining area is so nice and aesthetic. Breakfast includes a variety of pastries and breads, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, juice, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, and deli meats. The property and rooms are spotless clean and they provide daily room service. I would definitely return again. Basically, there’s something for everyone to enjoy to start their day. I would highly recommend and plan to return in the spring.

Great and friendly staff. Always there to help and give suggestions. Pre-ordering of hot breakfast options and pastries the day before is a great idea and really worked and other continental breakfast options and coffee were also available each morning. Good location, walking distance to Commercial Street and a few great restaurants. Bicycle rental place just down the road. Had a great time and would book again.

Enjoy our waterfront location on Cape Cod Bay in Provincetown’s East End. Joe at the front desk is amazing! So helpful and welcoming. The room was great and the outdoor seating areas are a bonus. There is a beach directly across the street and quick access to downtown Provincetown with e-scooter and bike rentals available on site. If you’re thinking of visiting Provincetown, you won’t regret booking a room at Breakwater.
