Excellent combination of customer service, hotel facilities and location. Most of all though, the impressions were won by the professionalism and courtesy of the staff both in our communication before our arrival and also during our stay at the hotel.

Guests can enjoy proximity to Madison Square Park. I loved that it's in a very quiet, safe area and close to everything. The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. I loved that there was room service every day and that they provided bottles of water every day (very useful if you plan to go out walking and sightseeing). In addition, the staff was always very friendly and attentive. I also loved that there were staff at the front desk and security at the entrance. I would love to return to this hotel when I go back to New York.
