Among the facilities at this property are an ATM and a concierge service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. There is a hot tub, evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. Rooms were exceptional based on space and cleanliness on check-in. The hostess seemed annoyed upon check-in and it continued throughout our stay when we had to approach the front desk. The rest of the staff were beyond accommodating and friendly, so it was very strange and seemed out of place and off-putting the four times we went to the front desk, from check-in to check-out.

Everything was great the check in the room was clean and comfortable all the staff was friendly front desk the staff cleaning the room I have actually have stayed there two different times and would stay the next time

Located at the foothills of the Smoky Mountains and situated 300 metres from Dolly Parton's Stampede in Pigeon Forge, Twin Mountain Inn & Suites features a seasonal outdoor pool, free WiFi access and free private parking. Fantastic location within walking distance of the stampede as well as the main road with restaurants /shops etc. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable, balcony overlooking the river but even if facing and also out front an amazing view of the Smokey mountains. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Always happy to help and went out of their way to help with advice on how to get to places.

We are located at 1850 Parkway Sevierville and are situated alongside the Little Pigeon River. Just across the Little Pigeon River is Pigeon Forge.

Nice big rooms clean comfortable bed nice view very friendly staff and very nicely decorated front entrance.

Breakfast was great. Location was great.

From check in to check out the staff was super friendly, including the housekeeper. Our room was clean and the housekeeper always asked if we needed anything. The breakfast was also good, always fresh and hot. We liked that the indoor heated pool is open 24 hours. Would definitely stay here again.
