I enjoyed it so much that I felt a little sad when I left. I stayed in a six-bed dorm, which was spacious enough, had a balcony, and even a bathroom almost as big as the room itself. What really makes this hostel special, though, is the atmosphere. They organize fun daily activities, offer a free breakfast, and even have an hour of unlimited free beer from 6 to 7 PM, plus free snacks for an hour each day. There’s also a pool, a pool table, and table tennis. On top of all that, they run different classes, like candle-making and coffee-making. I took the coffee class and absolutely loved it, super fun and informative! If you’re staying long-term, they even have a gym, which is a great bonus.

One of us is a vegetarian and there were good options. Nice fresh juices and an international selection of foods along with the wonderful wait staff made the mornings very pleasant. Also, the spa was fantastic. Definitely would recommend anyone that stays there to get a massage or any kind of body treatment. The therapists are wonderful. The location is great because you are close enough to bike or taxi over to Old Town without being in the center of all the noise, hustle and bustle. The hotel also has a shuttle to the beach which convenient. The staff were very kind, attentive and went over and above to make sure our needs were met. Lion King Hotel offers 3-star accommodation with a hot tub. The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay. The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean. The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us. Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-) We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. Free cold water and a coffee/tea station a bonus. Best though is the sparkly clean rooms, fresh daily towel and filled to the brim bathroom amenities.

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was there all of the time to see to our needs. She booked anything we needed and the hotel loaned us bicycles to ride to old town. It is a short walk or a shorter bike ride to the center of old town. It was lovely place to stay but it was made lovelier by the nice lady who took care of us at the front desk. Hotel was clean and efficient. It was on a busy street but we never heard the traffic. Slept like babies. We would stay here again for sure.
