They provided us with a great breakfast to start the day and organised an amazing motorbike tour with Sua which I highly recommend.

From the moment we arrived (very late at night, and still were picked up), we were warmly welcomed by the owner - Chua. The homestay is nestled in a breathtaking location with panoramic views of the rice terraces — it's like waking up in a postcard every morning. The highlight of our stay was definitely the motorbike tour organized by Chua. This is an absolute must-do if you're staying here! Chua took us through some of the most stunning and authentic parts of the region — lush rice fields, quiet mountain paths, and hidden viewpoints you’d never find on your own. He went extra mile and even took videos and photos of us and the rice fields with his drone which he then shared the footage with us. If you're looking for a place that offers not just a stay, but a real experience of local life and natural beauty, this is it. We left with full hearts and memories we’ll cherish forever. Mu Cang Chai exceeded expectations for beauty- the rice terraces are Wow- Motorbike hire and restaurant within 100m - recommend a manual bike if you plan to visit the more elevated rice patties for better handling on the steep hills - a few locations taking a ride from local motorbike guides to specific rice fields up very steep and dangerous roads is the best option at 100k a person - rode one myself and realised their bikes were better suited than the one I rented. Great Homestay - kind people - even dropped us off at the bus pickup point - we stayed in a rustic bungalow on the hill at the back of the Homestay - a cool experience- Brent & Jacqui NZ

Every detail in this house is made by hand and with love🤍 There are several bedrooms, very clean and cozy, the view from the windows is also very beautiful. 🔥🥹 The hosts are very friendly, helpful people. They speak English well, and Miss Quynh (the hostess) cooks very tasty, and treats guests with care 😋🤤. And her husband Mr. Truong is an artist and became my drawing teacher 🎨👨🏼‍🎨. IF YOU DON'T STAY IN THIS HOUSE - YOU WILL MISS A LOT.

The apartment provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Beautiful property with wonderful hosts, LeLe and ETC, with their family. They all made me feel extra welcome and cared for, and were even so sweet to do a surprise birthday for me, including a cake and hand-drawn card, which made my trip that much more special as I was travelling solo. They also took me on a trip to experience the local market. It is decorated throughout with vibrant paintings by ETC. Great place to sit around, enjoy the views (there were some nice decorations for National Day as well), and relax. The area is nice and quiet, but accessible. I really liked the unique styles of the bedroom and bathroom, and the soaker tub was great! I would love to come back if I return to Yen Bai.
