Koh Chang is located in Koh Chang, 3 km from Salak Kok Bay and 7 km from Salak Phet Bay. It offers a year-round outdoor pool and views of the sea. White Sands Beach is 20 km away. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great and Steve and Lilly are wonderful and extremely helpful.

The location is very perfect, just in the middle of the west coast, not far from the beaches. The host is a very friendly and cool woman. She made very delicious breakfast for me. The room is also very clean and well organized, I slept very well. The room is very quiet.

A great place if you are looking for privacy and relaxation from the hectic and tourist-filled other side of the island. In my case, it was even more so because I was there alone. Kayaks are available, I recommend a late afternoon ride when the sun slowly sets behind the horizon. It was great to watch the approaching night storm on the beach, when the sky was illuminated by lightning and the moon was full. Of course, a motorbike is a must, with which you can easily get anywhere on the island. If you are looking for peace and quiet and don't like busy places, this is exactly the place for you. It's just a shame that the great hosts Greg and Orly are selling the place. But if the new owners maintain the charm of this place, I would be happy to return anytime, if fate brings me to this place again.
