You can drive to the camp. Hasan is very hospitable. Everyone speaks English well. Dinner was excellent, and breakfast was delicious. Upon arrival, we were offered desert tour, which were interesting. The driver was also the guide and our personal photographer — we especially liked that we had a private tour as a couple. The Martian-style tent we stayed in was number 10 in the first row. It was very comfortable and spacious, the bathroom was excellent, and everything was clean when we arrived. Each tent has its own terrace. At night, the stars are beautifully visible both from the terrace and inside the tent. The sunrise was lovely. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 5 AM. The whole camp is well arranged and nicely lit.

Lovely host, beautiful location of the bubble tents. We were very happy to see that there were no other camps in sight. We did a 4 hr jeep tour through the desert, we never felt rushed. The scenery is amazing. Friendly owner, with great stories, lovely food. 100% recommended Wild Oryx camp.

Ahmad has kind soul and is one of the nicest people I have met. He made sure everything is ok with me and that my stay is comfortable. True enough I felt like at home when I was in his camp area. The room is clean with a view of the desert. Dinner they served is good as well especially the Maqluba. The camp area is peaceful and I can literally just sit there all day long! High recommended! Authentic feeling! Great location in the Wadi Rum Desert, better sunset than in many other locations and watching the sun come over the hill while eating breakfast. Heating worked perfectly for a chilly 7°C at night in December. Everything with this location worked like clockwork. When we arrived at the Wadi Rum Village, the ride was already waiting for us.

Ali the host was amazing, the location of the camp is absolutely stunning. it’s a true beduin but experience with amazing local food and the comfort one needs. it was so peaceful and everybody was so helpful and attentive it was a truly unique experience. the local pet cat also makes your days. the trips we did with Ali were great, the jeep tour and camel ride were breathtaking experiences. everything’s we needed they provided and did their best
