The views were absolutely insane. Waking up for the sunrise to see Fuji from the comfort of our bed was the highlight of my 6 months in Japan. The customer service was ridiculously good as well. This is the kind of place that you tell everyone about back home. The best place I have ever stayed in.

Everything was so thoughtfully designed to create an amazing guest experience—beautiful infrastructure, lots of amenities in the room, and great heating, which really mattered in the cold. Suzuki san was very kind and came to pick us up earlier than we booked the shuttle. The view of mount Fuji is amazing from our room. We got a lot of food and it was really good. Staff was always ready to help us. The heated beds were really nice!!

This place was excellent! We could see Mt. Fuji from inside our pod (no. 4) on our second morning as it was super clear. The pod was really comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The toilets and showers were accessible and clean. Parking was convenient. We ordered the bbq meat set and it was absolutely delicious! We had a really good couple of days in the mountains before heading off to Tokyo!
