Very nice facilities and the design of the capsules was good. There was enough space inside to keep a carry-on sized bag and its contents next to the mattress. Appreciated having a lock on the capsule, and that the entrances of two capsules stacked on top of each other were on opposite ends.

More comfortable than I expected, like a luxury tent! Good value, large kitchen and lounge down below on 4th floor. Slept very well both nights.

The location is perfect! Our room (Honeymoon Suite) has a veranda where we had a complete view of Lake Luzern and Chapel Bridge. Below our hotel are bars and restaurants. I love the Saturday open market! Its also very near the shops. I will definitely book again in the future. The only thing i didn't like is we had a difficult time locating it. After we checked in, we were directed to another building where our rooms are located. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel.

lovely hotel in a fabulous location near the main station. breakfast room on the first floor with a small but nice breakfast selection and all day you can relax in the breakfast room and get free coffee… a nice touch! really helpful and friendly reception staff. nice hot shower albeit a small bathroom but perfectly adequate for one person and all nicely done

the beautiful patio overlooking the lake and mountains was the perfect place for a glass of wine at sunset. the food in the restaurant was outstanding. the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable - I felt very well taken care of.

Great location right next to sunset promenade and bus station. Private parking in a garage and I am thankful for the easy late check-in option.
