They also each have a furnished deck area overlooking the river. We had an amazing time at this beautiful lodge. It's peaceful and tranquil. It's the perfect place if you want to truly experience nature. Falling asleep near the river is a truly wonderful experience.

Guests have the option to stay at the River Lodge which comprises of private camps with plunge pools. Each suite at the camps has a timber viewing deck with vies over the Makhutswi River. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was wonderful, they grilled steak, meats & other delicious food on an open fire , home made brioche , bread complimented starter soups the three course meal finished with homemade desserts. (All inkl in the package ) . The chef was very innovative & interested in serving only the best quality food ! the game drives were sensational. The drivers were very professional and knowledgeable about the different animals. Only after 2 days we already seen the big five except the leopard . We were served an aperitif in the sunset providing sensational pictures after each game drive and were able to choose our preferred beverage upfront . The river lodge we stayed in , was very peaceful and the staff was accommodating , greeted us on return with hot towels and showed utmost interest in making this stay a really special one ! We would highly recommend this game reserve and the benchmark has been set at a very high standard .

With only ten people in the camp at any time, Kwafubesi offers an intimate safari camp experience. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. From Arrival to departure everything is exceptional. Highly recommended.

The accommodation features free WiFi throughout the property, as well as a terrace and a modern restaurant. Great tent, great location, great host, great food - 10/10!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool and views of garden, Tot Hier Toe is a recently renovated luxury tent located in Phalaborwa, 3.8 km from Phalaborwa Gate. Everything was beyond expectation, I highly recommend a stay here if you get the opportunity. Every detail and bit of care put into your stay is so special both Butch and the owner are just so friendly and accommodating we couldn't have asked for a better stay and this is now our new no.1 spot to stay moving forward. The tents are amazing and you are short of nothing on your stay they have truly thought of it all. Thank you Butch for being so accommodating during our stay and it was absolutely lovely meeting the owner the next morning at the park gate.

NDZUTI BUSH CAMP is a recently renovated luxury tent in Balule Game Reserve, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and terrace. It is located 25 km from Phalaborwa Gate and provides private check-in and check-out. There is an outdoor fireplace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. Intimate setup with limited guests. Excellent accommodation and staff.

Featuring pool with a view and views of river, Hideaways Amava River Lodge, Balule, Greater Kruger is a recently renovated luxury tent located in Hoedspruit, 43 km from Drakensig Golf Club. Guests staying at this luxury tent have access to a patio. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. The location is beautiful and secluded, with views on the Olifantsriver (even from your shower) and a nice variety of wildlife in the reserve. Despite only staying for two nights, we saw loads of wildlife including; lions, leopard, elephants, giraffes, and even crocs from the deck at the lodge. Also, it’s a relatively quiet area so you have the sightings to yourself, and rarely bump into other vehicles. To top it off, the staff is great, with every team member going above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Definitely not the last time we visited this lovely lodge and team!
