The room was very clean (after check-in, taking care of the cleanliness of the room and changing the bed linen is your responsibility), spacious enough, with a small but comfortable terrace. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom nice and comfortable. The staff was very responsive and helped me with all my needs. Everything is nearby.

André and Ieda are very friendly and helpful. They are always with a smile. Some of the adaptations they have made in the unit were explained to me. Such as not using the main front reception but the garage area for access. Now, the building is brand new, very well structured, very clean and very functional too. Close to some great places, there is a great restaurant just accross the road to the right. Also close to the beach.

We loved the space of the room and the kitchen, all of wich were very clean. The pool and grounds were beautiful, and the jungle plantings gave us extra privacy on our veranda. Owners were helpful and lovely! Location was about a 15 minute walk to the beach, but not a lot of restaurants a close walk for dinner.

cute cabin sorounded by lush plant and trees, very clean, smal porch with chairs and hammock. very well kept. The hostess Barbara was incredible. the beach is close, however no restaurants on this part of the beach.

Lovely apart hotel near the beach! Very clean and modern rooms with everything you need: TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, air conditioner, fluffy towels and comfortable bed. I had a great time while I was on holiday in Florianópolis.

It was really nice stay in the house. It is located directly at the beach. You can reach everything in a few minutes walk. The welcome was very kind. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was very clean. It is modern apartment.

everything was nice! the location is close to the beaches. Only a 15 minute walk. the property is very clean and well organised with a beautiful open kitchen and nice, clean rooms. the owners and the staff are really nice and helpful. plus they offer amazing massages! we would definitely come back and would highly recommend it!
