Amazing experience staying in cabang campsite as solo traveller, totally recommended! If you are looking for a remote place paradise for disconnection with only basic facilities, no luxury but a wonderful nature and filipino experience, this place is for you. Samy the owner is super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed in the stay. He offered one more night and I couldn't say no! If I come back to Port Barton I'd choose this place again for sure.

The campground offers some units that have a terrace and pool view, and each unit includes a shared bathroom and a outdoor furniture. At the campground, all units are equipped with bed linen and towels. I booked the Seaview option - such a beautiful location up away from the rest of the campsite. Incredible view, surrounded by trees, with a lovely hammock to relax in. If you love nature this is an amazing place to stay, exceeding my expectations. Lovely family atmosphere where you feel very welcomed. I really enjoyed talking and getting to know them all. The amazing Mel is the centre of the operation, multitasking, welcoming guests and to top it all she’s also a fantastic cook- ended up having breakfast, lunch and dinner there most days! Try the fish escabeche! With a stunning (empty) beach just a short walk away this is a super place to disconnect, kick back and relax.

Bella and her family, is certainly the best host of the village. They were very kind, generous and very reactive. They help us to book tours, massage and everything was perfect. It’s very uncommon to meet people as genuinely kind as Bella. The property is very close to the beach and from shops. It’s very clean. Possibility to have an aircon, which is good when it’s very hot.

Beautiful place, well built but stands out with it's character and very clean. Mike the owner is always available to help and give advice on local stuff or help get things sorted. Castaway is in a quieter part of the village but very close to the beach and with good shops and cafes nearby. Would definitely go back, thank you, Mike!

Great location - 30sec from bus terminal, 5mins from beach, close to restaurants/bars. Great communication with owners - no one there for check in so messaged on the app and someone was there within 1 minute! Booked the island hopping tour through the accommodation, we loved it!! Stayed on the top floor, room seemed almost brand new, very clean and fresh. Coffee and cold water available at all times.

Nice place with an amazing location (2 blocks from the beach).The room was big enough for 2 people. It was very clean. The Hosts were very caring. They helped us arranging our van to our next destination. You could also refill your bottle of water for 10 pesos. Overall, I would say that is a great place to experience the island vibes :)

We loved almost everything very clean space, comfortable room and great facilities. the beach was nice. The breakfast is great only the bread is not so well cooked and the WiFi didn’t work so well from the bungalow we stayed
