The location on the edge of town, was very peaceful and surrounded by well laid out garden grounds. The accommodation was very comfortable and well maintained. The owners, Jeff and Danni made us feel very welcome and were very knowledgable about the history of the complex which was originally railway workers barracks. We had some good chats over breakfast, which was excellent.

Quiet location close to town but with the natural environment all around. I loved looking at the majestic marri trees from my window and enjoyed the red capped parrots, pink and greys and others coming to feed. Hot shower, comfy bed, simple east kitchenette. Simple easy self- managed breakfast. Quick zip in and out of town. Most of all - the quiet simply renewing!

The location is perfect. About seven minutes from main street. Country Cottages have a farm vibe, very green and picturesque. Second time coming here and probably not the last. Kitchen equipment was enough for us, beds were comfy. Kids loved the animals. Easy and nice owners.

Breathtaking views, property and layout. Even down to the final touches everything was so beautiful it's hard to put it into words. Julie and Dave were exceptional hosts only a text away for anything we may have needed. Loved the cheeky animals and being able to interact with them too. Secluded peacefull and lots of lovely walks nearby.
